As full members of both the Performing Rights Society and the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society, Oriana are able to register works on behalf of composers, organisations, performers and publishers who are not members of one or both societies.

Rights management does not include any promotion or publication of the works, Oriana simply collects the PRS and MCPS royalties on behalf of the client and passes these on after the deduction of a previously agreed percentage.

 

The client retains all publication and distribution rights and the agreement is terminated upon the publication of the work by a PRS/MCPS registered publisher or by the registration of the client themselves.
